About the Role Express Employment Professionals – St. Catharines is seeking multiple dedicated Bilingual Donor Service Representatives to support our client’s mission-driven call centre team. In this role, you will handle inbound donor calls, verify donor information, and provide exceptional customer service that contributes to long-term donor relationships and meaningful charitable impact.
Key Responsibilities Answer inbound donor calls promptly and professionally.
Verify donor information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Tend to daily inbound and donor-related calls while following established scripts and guidelines.
Manage donor concerns effectively to support donor retention and long-term giving.
Maintain strong knowledge of supported charities, as well as quality and compliance standards.
Accurately handle inquiries and payments over the phone, including credit card data entry.
Navigate multiple computer screens, portals, and internal software efficiently.
Address questions and resolve concerns with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements Fluent in English and French - both written and conversational
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
1–2 years of experience in a call centre, fundraising environment,



or a strong CSR/office-based customer service role.
xcellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, desk work, and computer use.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite , AI tools , and internal software systems.
Shifts Monday to Friday 12:00 noon to 8:00pm OR 4:00pm - Midnight
Saturdays and Sundays - 11:00am - 7:00pm OR 1:00pm - 9:00pm *Position requires working 2 weekends/month
Wage $22.00/hour
