Family Day Care Services is looking for a Registered Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E.) for a permanent part time split shift role. You'll implement the High/Scope educational approach and enhance children's learning experiences by catering to diverse interests. Your responsibilities include evaluating children’s progress, engaging in planning, and maintaining respectful communication with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and practice High/Scope® educational programs
• Plan curricula reflecting children’s individual needs




• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Lead assessment meetings for children with special needs
• Support children facing emotional difficulties

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Minimum 2 years of child care experience preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check and medical clearance
