Our client, a well-established distribution company in Mississauga, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join their team. What Our Client Offers:
Competitive starting wage of $20.00+/hour (based on experience)
Consistent daytime schedule, Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 7am to noon on Friday (depending on workload)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive incoming shipments and accurately process inventory
Perform inventory put-aways and maintain organized warehouse storage
Ensure production and warehouse teams have the required inventory to fulfill work orders
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Coordinate courier pickups and outbound shipments using shipping software
Process transactions within the company's ERP and inventory management systems
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Safely operate Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts
Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
Work closely with other departments to support operational and customer service objectives
Assist with additional warehouse duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Shipper/Receiver experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Current and valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance and Raymond Reach)
Strong experience operating forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable transportation to the Mississauga location is considered an asset
