About the Role Our client is looking for an energetic and organized Youth Program Coordinator to manage and deliver impactful programs for young people in the Kimberley area, primarily through remote engagement. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of initiatives aimed at youth development, skill-building, and positive engagement. You will create engaging virtual content, coordinate online activities, and connect youth with resources and opportunities. This fully remote position allows you to make a substantial difference in the lives of young people across the Northern Cape from your home office. You will foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment for the youth you serve.
Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute engaging youth programs and activities, primarily online.
Create virtual content, including educational materials, workshops, and interactive sessions.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for remote youth engagement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with youth participants and their families.
Connect youth with mentors, educational opportunities, and career development resources.
Monitor program participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement.




Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact.
Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant engagement.
Requirements Experience in youth work, program coordination, or a related field.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging programs, preferably online.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms, digital content creation tools, and project management software.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines remotely.
A passion for youth development and empowerment.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities facing youth in the Kimberley region is an advantage.
