Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable profiles.
Engage with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations and suitability for roles.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and talent pools.
Assist recruitment consultants with candidate management and interview scheduling.




Contribute to team efforts by sharing sourcing insights and market intelligence.
Requirements Previous experience in a sourcing, research, or administrative role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to candidate identification.
Ability to work effectively both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in an office.
