Join TLS as a MomentMaker®
At TLS, we don’t just answer calls, we create moments.

We’re looking for people who lead with empathy, care deeply about others, and want to make a difference with every interaction.

This is a remote role, and we are based out of London, Ontario. Weekend and evening availability are part of what helps us support our brands when they need us most.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
We believe that connection is at the heart of everything we do.
At TLS, you’ll find:

A team built on trust, respect, and genuine care

A space where your ideas matter, and we encourage feedback

Opportunities to grow your personal and professional skills.

We’re proud to represent trusted brands like CertaPro Painters, Paul Davis Restoration, California Closets, and First OnSite, helping small businesses succeed in North America.

What You’ll Do
As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will:

Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat

Schedule appointments and share helpful information

Listen with empathy and find the best solutions

Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines

Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction

What You’ll Bring

A natural ability to make people feel heard and valued

Strong communication skills written and verbal

Comfort using technology and learning new systems

The ability to stay calm and organized in a quick-paced environment

Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Experience in customer service is an asset — but a genuine desire to care for others is what really counts.

What Makes TLS Different
At TLS, success isn’t just about numbers, it’s about the way we engage with people
We celebrate great performance, support growth, and build connections that last.
