The Tenant Navigator is pivotal in the Nch’ḵay̓ residential rental portfolio. Your work involves acting as a liaison between Property Management and Indigenous residents, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and seamless processes. You'll also provide in office support for tenant challenges, directly impacting housing outcomes for Squamish Nation members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build knowledge of rental properties and resident population
• Act as a primary point of connection among stakeholders
• Foster culturally attuned communication with residents




• Guide teams on Indigenous Applicant Approval
• Address escalated tenant matters with empathy and support

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• 3 years of housing or tenant support experience
• Knowledge of British Columbia's Residential Tenancy Act
• Property management license or plan to obtain within 18 months
• Understanding of Squamish Nation culture and values
