Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for child rights and choices consistently
• Foster independence in youth through daily activities




• Develop and implement Personal Service Plans
• Maintain positive family and community relationships
• Record daily activities and health information accurately

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and relevant diploma
• Experience in community social services
• Current first-aid and CPR certification
• Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's license
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with teams
