Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an IT (Helpdesk) Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for technology issues across our offices, terminals and remote staff. You'll resolve hardware, software and account issues quickly so drivers, dispatch and office teams stay moving.
You will set up laptops, onboard recent hires, manage offboarding, and escalate complex issues. Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Okta and AD/Entra ID is required.
