We are seeking a skilled consultant to support and optimize Human Resources, Payroll, and Talent Management modules. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting payroll issues, configuring pay elements, and creating various HR reports and workflows. Engage in training sessions for payroll and HR users to enhance system efficiency and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and optimize HR and Payroll modules
• Troubleshoot payroll issues during run stabilization
• Configure pay elements, deductions, and advantages
• Create and maintain HR reports and access roles
• Train payroll, HR, and supervisor users

Requirements:
• Experience in Payroll and HR module support
• Proficient in creating reports and workflows
• Knowledge of configuration updates and system evaluation
• Ability to provide specialized training
• Understanding of Unit4 FP&A; budgeting (a plus)
