As part of one of Canada's largest building sciences teams, you'll report to the GTA Building Sciences Director. Your role involves evaluating building conditions and developing creative solutions while working cross-functionally with contractors and project managers. You'll leverage your engineering knowledge in building envelopes, restorations, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce evaluations, technical reports, and tender documents
• Conduct construction site reviews for quality assurance
• Collaborate with contractors and subconsultants
• Support project documentation and cost control
• Advise on sustainable building practices for clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to interpret building data and communicate findings
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
