Join the Law Society as a Program Administrator for the Access to Innovation Program in a hybrid work model. Support coordination, communication, and administrative tasks for ongoing projects.
As a key administrative resource, you will manage calendars, meetings, and stakeholder communications while ensuring the accurate delivery of departmental support. This role benefits from candidates with strong organizational skills and a background in administration within legal or regulatory contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Access to Innovation Program
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics for committees
• Draft and distribute departmental and program correspondence
• Process financial materials, invoices, and budgets
• Maintain accurate records and document management systems
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project coordination in a legal setting
• Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset
