CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a First Cook to lead the lunch program at a remote BC lodge. You will prepare in-lodge lunches and field-packed meals for staff and guests, supporting the culinary team throughout the ski season.
The role requires post-secondary hospitality education, Food Safe certification, and at least one year of rapid-paced kitchen experience. You’ll work in a luxury hospitality setting, with a split shift and two weeks on / one week off, and accommodation
