As a temporary full time Dealer Services Representative, you will engage with financial products and ensure compliance with relevant licensing regulations. Your role emphasizes providing expert guidance on client issues and addressing concerns while leveraging communication and critical thinking skills to drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review transaction requests and complete documentation
• Execute translations for client account updates
• Respond to client calls and follow up on advisor concerns
• Provide guidance on Mutual Fund client issues
• Escalate non-compliant behaviors to management

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of investment experience required
• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field
• Knowledge of sales practices and regulations
• Must obtain Mutual Fund Licence
• Branch Compliance Manager designation is an asset
