As a Webinar & Conference Producer, you will oversee the planning and execution of webinars at LabX Media Group. You'll coordinate with speakers, curate scientific agendas, and manage technical aspects to ensure high-quality online events. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for webinars and online events
• Source and coordinate high-quality speakers for sessions
• Develop event agendas based on cutting-edge scientific literature
• Manage production tasks,



including client and speaker communication
• Write promotional materials for effective event marketing

Requirements:
• Experience in event production or a relevant degree
• Client-facing role experience and project management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for science and ability to engage audiences
• Flexibility for occasional work outside normal hours
