We are looking for an experienced EHS Coordinator to oversee safety initiatives in construction and heavy industry settings. This position involves regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and coaching to ensure compliance with Ontario's health and safety legislation and traffic control requirements. The ideal candidate will engage with field teams, maintain online compliance records, investigate incidents, and formulate risk-reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis




• Manage COR audit activities and monitor safety trends
• Develop proactive safety strategies for compliance
• Foster relationships with leadership and regulatory representatives

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in health and safety for construction or heavy industry
