As a Designer 2, Men’s, you have the opportunity to design product solutions that align with Veilance design philosophies that continuously exceed our guests’ evolving needs. In this role, you design for our Veilance product category, with a specific focus on men’s product and perspective. You bring your curiosity and passion for product to imagine and build innovative, relevant and resolved designs for the city environment. You are an innovative problem solver with a focus on cooperative teamwork.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-site. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

If you were the Designer 2, Men’s now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Creating and executing assigned product designs alongside your senior leaders that are future oriented and user-centric





Helping to define the current and future global guest, their needs and expectations through building mood boards, and visualizing consumer journeys and market analysis

Contributing to the commercialization of innovative technologies, including materials, pattern, and construction techniques for existing and new product categories

Creating patterns, mock ups, and prototypes to explore, resolve, or prove new concepts or construction techniques

Providing detailed product initiations to the Product Development team, including spec drawings, pattern and fit directions, and material information

Collaborating with the Fit & Pattern team to resolve fit style and construction issues, and ensure a fully commercialized product

Coordinating with the Materials team to test new materials and ensure that necessary items are available for prototyping

Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the materials and manufacturing techniques that Veilance works with
