Lead day-to-day operations as a Frontline P&D; Supervisor at FedEx Express, ensuring safe and effective flex delivery. This role focuses on driver supervision within a supportive culture.

As a P&D; Supervisor, you will oversee flex drivers, manage delivery operations, and uphold FedEx’s Safety Above All Culture. This position requires comprehensive oversight of administrative processes to maintain compliance with company policies. You will play an essential role in ensuring that the B2C delivery network operates smoothly and efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise flex drivers and related daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Manage specific flex routes within the station




• Oversee training completion for defensive driving
• Maintain solid knowledge of Ops systems and applications

Requirements:
• College Diploma or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience in FedEx or industry
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Familiarity with EXCEL Leadership Development Stream preferred
