This full time position with the City of Edmonton involves maintaining crucial infrastructure as a key member of the maintenance team. You will perform inspections and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate service outages effectively. Your hands-on skills will contribute to the safe delivery of facility operations while managing parts inventory and directing fellow maintenance workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on air compressors and piping
• Maintain rail-mounted vehicle exhaust systems
• Troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems
• Triage requests and coordinate workloads
• Keep accurate maintenance records and manage parts inventory
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 education
• Strong mechanical aptitude and system knowledge
