In this critical position within the Legal Department at 407 ETR, you will assist in the operations of the Privacy Office. Your role entails managing compliance activities, conducting risk assessments, and supporting stakeholder engagement. You will also help respond to privacy incident inquiries and enhance privacy knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Privacy Governance, Risk, and Compliance process
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and compliance evaluations
• Update privacy-related policies and training materials




• Manage responses to FIPPA requests
• Support incident planning and response activities

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in privacy compliance or program management
• Degree or certification in privacy (CIPP/C, CIPPM preferred)
• Good knowledge of federal and provincial privacy laws
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Solid organizational and communication skills
