As a key member of the ALSS Division, you'll coordinate truck shipments throughout Canada and the U.S. With over five years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics, you will source and manage third-party carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure profitable transactions. This role demands excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to resolve transportation issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customer truck shipments across Canada and the U.S.
• Source and maintain relationships with third-party carriers
• Track and trace shipments,



communicating updates effectively
• Resolve transportation-related issues and assist with freight claims
• Maintain accurate shipment information in the TMS

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Logistics or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in trucking or freight brokerage
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics
• Proficiency in TMS and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
