About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Aluminum Welders & Fabricators to join our team in Richmond, BC.
The successful candidates will have hands‑on experience welding and fabricating aluminum, with strong skills in TIG welding. You will fabricate, fit, and weld aluminum components and structural assemblies for custom yachts and marine vessels in accordance with drawings, specifications, and our quality standards.
This is an excellent prospect for skilled aluminum welders looking for long‑term, full‑time work on high-quality custom marine projects.

Key Responsibilities TIG weld and fabricate aluminum components and structural assemblies
Fit, assemble, and install aluminum structural components with a high degree of accuracy
Read and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans
Use standard fabrication equipment, shop tools, and welding machinery
Support vessel assembly for new builds, refits, and specialty marine projects
Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other trades
Ensure work meets company safety, quality, and workmanship standards
Qualifications Previous aluminum welding and fabrication experience required
Strong proficiency in TIG welding aluminum required
MIG aluminum welding experience is an asset
Marine, shipbuilding, industrial, or custom fabrication experience is an asset
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
CWB or equivalent welding certification is an asset
Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
Skills & Competencies High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and coordination skills
Organized and safety-focused
Physical Requirements Able to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials and equipment
Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and around machinery
Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended periods
Work Environment Shop and shipyard environments
Exposure to noise, heat, dust, and mechanical hazards
Overtime or shift work may be required based on operational needs
