Key Responsibilities:
• Provide infant feeding support to mothers in NICU
• Educate parents on breastfeeding and troubleshooting




• Collaborate on individualized care plans for neonates
• Offer emotional support to families navigating neonatal care
• Monitor and document infant feeding progress

Requirements:
• Current CNO registration
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
• Active NRP provider status
• IBCLC certification or willingness to obtain
• 1-2 years of NICU experience preferred
