• Develop and validate weld drawings for projects
• Conduct capability and repeatability studies for welding
• Implement and standardize COSMA welding equipment
• Train internal staff on weld technologies

Requirements:
• Completion of Welding Technologist/Technician Course
• Minimum two years in automotive welding coordination
• Experience with various welding techniques
• Practical knowledge of industrial robotics
• Understanding of PPAP requirements
