In this full time supervisory role within the Office of the University Registrar, you will drive international recruitment strategies targeting potential students worldwide. Working closely with the Manager, you will develop and evaluate effective initiatives to meet enrollment goals, while leading a team of recruiters ensuring quality and timely achievement of objectives. Your expertise in cross-cultural communication, attention to data-driven strategies, and team leadership will play a crucial role in this vibrant academic community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop short and long-term international recruitment strategies




• Achieve recruitment goals set by senior administration
• Analyze recruitment effectiveness with statistical data
• Supervise and guide a team of international recruiters
• Collaborate with educational agents to promote the university

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of international recruitment experience
• Proficiency in a second language preferred
• Capability to travel and work irregular hours
• Experience in a post-secondary institution is an asset
