Automotive Lifting Equipment Service Technician Location: Mississauga

Our client is a leading provider of automotive lifting equipment and is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join their growing team. This field-based role is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of automotive lift equipment at customer locations throughout the GTA.
Responsibilities Perform annual inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of automotive lifting equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation electronically.
Train customers on the safe and proper operation of equipment.
Identify and order required replacement parts using technical manuals.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Previous automotive repair, maintenance,



or field service experience is considered an asset.
Comfortable using hand tools and a multi-meter (training provided).
Proficient with iPads/computers and Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Must own or be able to obtain basic hand tools and a multi-meter.
Working Conditions & Benefits Company-provided service vehicle.
Frequent local travel throughout the GTA.
Occasional overnight travel and flexible work hours as required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
Safety training and PPE requirements provided.
