As our Junior AI-Enabled Developer, you'll deliver software as part of an agile team, turning business requirements into working, tested solutions. Working alongside business analysts and users, you'll gather and clarify requirements, build and debug features, and own the quality of what you ship. AI tools (Kiro, agentic workflows) are your primary way of delivering, letting you orchestrate AI to produce output comparable to a more senior developer. You bring the engineering judgment; AI accelerates the delivery.

What you'll do:

Deliver features and bug fixes AI-first, at an AI-enabled pace.

Continuously adopt emerging AI capabilities.

Write clean, tested code, leveraging AI to accelerate development while owning the quality of your output.

Share AI workflow techniques with the team.

Champion AI adoption and demonstrate what's possible.

What you have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

AI proficiency,



including experience with AI-enabled development tools including Kiro.

Foundational software development skills with experience in at least one programming language or development framework.

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and take ownership of the quality and correctness of delivered code.

Curiosity and commitment to staying current with emerging AI capabilities and development practices.

Growth-oriented mindset with an interest in developing as a general-purpose developer

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually, complemented by a bonus plan. Base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
