Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced technology leader to establish, manage, and continuously improve enterprise Release Management, Configuration Management, and Environment Management capabilities.

This role serves as the central point of accountability for software release governance, deployment coordination, configuration control, CMDB accuracy, setting lifecycle management, operational readiness, and continuous delivery practices across a complex enterprise technology landscape.

The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise release and deployment practices in large, regulated organizations.

The successful candidate will partner across Development, Dev

Ops, QA, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure technology changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal business disruption.

Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Release Management, Dev

Ops, IT Delivery, Environment Management, and Configuration Management
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise-wide release activities
• Experience supporting large-scale application portfolios
• Experience within cloud,



hybrid, and on-premises environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Insurance experience
• Experience operating within ITIL-based organizations
• Experience building processes and governance from the ground up
