Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to join one of our large HCM Client's in Mexico to support payroll operations through KPI tracking, SLA monitoring, and process oversight.

The successful candidate will work independently to monitor payroll activities, maintain trackers, and escalate delays internally.

Key Responsibilities include: Track payroll-related KPIs and SLA compliance across multiple client accounts.

Monitor payroll process completion and milestone adherence using established trackers and calendars.

Maintain accurate records of payroll activity, including: Payrolls delivered late
Payroll errors identified
Number of payroll versions submitted prior to approval
Validate process completion and identify delays or missing actions.

Ensure trackers are updated accurately and within required timelines.

Escalate significant delays or missed validations internally to management when required.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Skills and Requirements
Bilingual - Spanish and English (intermediate)
Strong administrative and organizational skills.





Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience working with Excel.

Experience with data management, reporting, or KPI tracking.

Exposure to payroll operations or payroll administration.
