Job Description
Insight Global is hiring on behalf of our client for a 310T Technician in Timmins, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization and play a key role in maintaining and repairing trucks in a protected and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance services.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify potential mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

Schedule
• Monday to Friday.
• Service department hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Workload may occasionally extend beyond regular hours, so flexibility is required.

Compensation
• Starting hourly rate of $40.00/hour.
• Higher compensation may be available for candidates with extensive industry experience and/or Cummins training or licensing
Skills and Requirements
• 310T Certification.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on heavy-duty equipment,



trucks, or industrial machinery.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid driver's license.
• French-speaking ability is considered an asset but is not required.
• Cummins training and/or licensing is considered an asset.
