Job Description
The communications specialist will support training and development by creating, coordinating, and delivering professional, consistent, and branded communications and learning materials.

This role plays a key part in supporting training initiatives and change management programs across the bank.

Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, the successful candidate will develop and deliver communications and learning content that drive engagement, promote consistency, and support key business initiatives.

The role offers a versatile, remote-first work environment, exposure to a broad range of business areas, and the chance to build experience within the banking industry.

Skills and Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in communications, content development, creative design, editing, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives through effective communications.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and departments.




• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Copilot.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual French language skills.
• Experience proofreading French translations.
• Previous experience within banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
