Job Description
The Senior Consultant, HRIS will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Success

Factors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software, and related HR technology platforms.

This individual will be responsible for configuring, supporting, optimizing, and governing global HR systems that enable HR operations, payroll, workforce management, reporting, compliance, and digital transformation.

They will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, external vendors, and implementation partners to improve system functionality, data quality, security, and overall operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HRIS experience.
8+ years of hands-on SAP Success

Factors experience.
SAP Success

Factors Employee Central certification.

Strong, hands-on experience administering and configuring Success

Factors Employee Central.

Experience supporting Employee Central Payroll, including payroll-related processes and environments.
3+ years of Workforce Software administration experience.

Experience configuring business rules, workflows, permissions, role-based security, and organizational structures.

Experience leading HR technology projects, enhancements, implementations, upgrades, or system deployments.

Experience supporting global HR shared services.

Experience supporting payroll, workforce management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Strong troubleshooting skills involving complex HR systems and multiple stakeholders.

Experience with HR data governance, reporting, controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
Experience with additional Success

Experience leading SAP semi-annual release reviews, impact assessments,



testing, and deployments.

Experience with global HR transformation or digital transformation programs.

Experience developing HR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, or executive reporting.

Experience working with implementation partners, vendors, and external consultants.

Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, information security, and segregation-of-duty controls.

Computer System Validation experience within a regulated environment.

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

Experience with process automation and HR technology optimization.
