Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Testing Lead / Test Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for a large-scale SAP transformation project.

This individual will ensure the solution meets business, functional, and technical requirements prior to production deployment while minimizing the operational burden on SMEs and key business users.

The ideal candidate brings strong ERP testing leadership experience, expertise in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing, and a proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a global setting.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, or ERP Testing leadership roles
Experience participating in at least 2-3 full ERP implementations or transformation programs
Hands-on experience coordinating: System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
End-to-End Business Process Testing
Regression Testing
Experience managing test plans, testing schedules, and testing governance
Experience overseeing defect management, prioritization, tracking, and remediation activities
Strong stakeholder management experience across business, PMO, IT, and vendor teams
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple workstreams and user groups
Technical
Experience with SAP (preferred) or other enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools
Understanding of test environments, test data management, and deployment readiness activities
Language




Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Previous experience in SAP Success

Factors, S/4HANA, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing implementations
Experience managing testing across multiple countries or global teams
Experience supporting Cutover and Go-Live readiness activities
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure Dev

Ops, or equivalent testing tools
Knowledge of change management or training activities related to UAT
Experience reporting to Steering Committees and executive stakeholders
Testing certifications (ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, or equivalent)
Experience working in regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
