Packaging Operator
Starting Wage: $27.25/hour
Progression to $30.25/hour within the first year
12-hour night shifts
3 shifts per week (36 hours)
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting skills

Schedule: Friday to Sunday and every 4th Thursday. 6:30pm-6:30am.

Salary: $47.96/hour.

Evening, night and weekend premiums available.

Hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays are compensated at one and a half (1.5) times the regular hourly rate.

Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot, repair, install,



and modify plant equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement.

Collaborate effectively with other trades and departments, completing work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
