Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC.

This role is 5x week onsite.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting production by responding to non‑conformities and resolving manufacturing issues on the shop floor.

The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, managing revision levels, and translating designs into clear, accurate work instructions.

Engineers program and optimize manufacturing tools and equipment, while continuously developing and improving fabrication methods and programming to enhance efficiency, quality, and producibility.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience or college diploma/CEGEP with 5 years of experience
- Progressive years of relevant manufacturing or operations engineering experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, methods, and production systems
- CATIA experience
- French
- Prior experience in an aerospace manufacturing workplace
