As a Community Engagement & Learning Facilitator, you will design and deliver effective training while navigating diverse group dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops for community members and professionals
• Maintain supportive, psychologically protected learning environments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in adult education and group facilitation
• Strong trauma-informed and inclusive facilitation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Flexibility for evening or weekend work
