This role demands at least 3 years of relevant experience in emergency management, volunteer oversight, and planning. You will lead local emergency service delivery while engaging with local authorities and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and management of volunteers
• Lead the local execution of PDA and ESS service lines
• Maintain readiness for emergency activations
• Support implementation of emergency response plans
• Engage in after-action reviews to improve services
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Robust knowledge of emergency management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
