This role is key in building Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform, enhancing wellness programs. You will implement best engineering practices across data ingestion, modeling, and observability while collaborating with diverse teams. Engage with technology vendors and onboard power users into a self-serve environment, enabling impactful data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design scalable data ingestion frameworks for diverse sources
• Define data modeling standards and semantic layers




• Embed data quality checks at every pipeline stage
• Create AI-assisted workflows for efficient product development
• Manage CI/CD processes and infrastructure with Terraform

Requirements:
• 3+ years in production data systems
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Proficient in Apache Airflow and data pipeline management
• Robust SQL and Python programming skills
• Familiarity with data observability tools
