This part-time position requires enthusiasm and a proactive approach to creating brand loyalty. You will engage with customers, utilizing the AEO Selling Model to assist shoppers in finding the perfect items. Flexibility across various store zones is essential, including sales, fittings, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education and suggest items
• Promote the AEO loyalty program confidently
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room
• Resolve guest concerns effectively while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers
• Energetic and able to manage multiple tasks
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail experience is preferred
• Minimum age of 16 years
