This role offers the chance to develop strategic relationships while overseeing the complete employee benefits cycle, from plan design to implementation. You will work closely with the Employee Benefits team to understand clients' needs and resolve escalated issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs with guidance from senior leaders
• Identify opportunities within current client structures
• Oversee benefits cycle: design, implementation, renewal




• Communicate industry trends for long-term client planning
• Design and deliver impactful client presentations

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Employee Advantages Insurance experience
• Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Post-secondary education in benefits or related courses
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
