The Paralegal II will assist attorneys and business partners with various legal tasks, including drafting easements, conducting title reviews, and managing case documentation. This fully remote contract offers flexibility while requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with real estate legal matters
• Draft and review legal documents for property transactions
• Conduct title and survey reviews for risk identification




• Review litigation documents and assist with case management
• Coordinate with external parties, including government agencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required for the role
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Experience in real estate transactions strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
