In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team serving adult clients. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and at least two years of relevant experience, you’ll conduct assessments and apply trauma-informed practices. Your expertise in Indigenous Cultural Safety and various health disciplines will support diverse populations in overcoming barriers to care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual and group counselling services
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation




• Facilitate access to community resources for clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
• Two years’ experience with marginalized clients
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based care
• Valid BC Driver’s License for work purposes
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams
