As a Recruitment Specialist, you will own the full cycle recruiting process, actively sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Collaborating with the VP of People & Culture, you’ll represent our culture and values while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This energetic role requires you to maintain candidate data and proactively seek great talent through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Granum's ambassador to the talent market
• Own the recruitment cycle for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles




• Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and personal networks
• Balance business needs with excellent candidate experience

Requirements:
• Experience in fast-paced recruiting environments
• Ability to manage high volume, detailed candidate searches
• Confident in outbound outreach for candidate engagement
• Organized in maintaining candidate relationships
• Familiar with ATS, ideally Greenhouse
