Job Description
Our client is seeking a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Transformation Project Manager for a 1-year remote contract.
This role will lead complex P2P transformation initiatives, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive process standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple workstreams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, support technology roadmap planning, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex business transformation initiatives
• Experience delivering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, or ERP transformation programs
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, process controls, process improvement, and automation
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex dependencies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree
PMP certification (or equivalent
• Agile certification
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay,
or procurement transformation programs
• Procurement governance, buying channel strategy, and procurement data governance experience
• Knowledge of invoice management, workflow automation, and ERP-enabled solutions
• Technology assessment, capability roadmap development, or system implementation experience
• Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
