promotional opportunities, and business objectivesMaintain high standards for food quality, presentation, service, cleanliness and overall guest experienceWork collaboratively with the General Manager, Marketing team, and other departments to identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience and casino performanceMonitor guest feedback and proactively address concerns, using feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, Responsible Gaming requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirementsCoordinate Food & Beverage operations for special events, promotions, and other casino initiativesMaintain current knowledge of company policies, procedures, products, promotions, and Food & Beverage best practicesPerform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the successful operation of the casino.What You Bring1 to 2 years experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage supervision, leadership, or management, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to effectively lead a diverse team, manage challenging employee situations, resolve conflict, and maintain accountabilityThe confident and communication skills to have difficult conversations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance or conduct issues in a professional and respectful mannerA demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees while maintaining appropriate leadership boundaries and expectationsA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with Marketing and other departments to develop and execute initiatives that support gaming promotions and overall casino objectivesA results-oriented approach with an understanding of sales, labour management, food costs, revenue generation, and overall Food & Beverage profitabilityStrong customer service skills with the ability to consistently exceed guest expectationsStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and maange multiple operational demands in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
