You will conduct interpretive testing, oversee sample processing, and help implement new technologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
• Prepare samples with accurate labeling and documentation
• Perform and release results while safeguarding patient confidentiality




• Identify incidents and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in evaluating and implementing current technologies

Requirements:
• College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• CMLTO registered and in good standing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and laboratory analyzers
