As part of InnVest's finance team, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will execute daily and monthly accounting tasks and support financial reporting. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze multiple trial balances across various entities to ensure timely and accurate month-end closes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform account reconciliations for multiple entities
• Resolve discrepancies between accounting systems




• Handle payroll journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in regulatory filings and auditing processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of accounting experience; property knowledge is advantageous
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
