Your collaboration with operations teams and Area Managers will ensure quality and productive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support franchise partners in improving operational excellence
• Conduct reinspections for warranty claims and quality reviews




• Review repair estimates to meet insurance standards
• Coach teams on insurance guidelines and estimating practices
• Document support activities in the Franchise Management System

Requirements:
• 3+ years in the collision repair industry
• Experience in damage appraisal and production management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean record
• Willingness to travel extensively within Canada
