Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Centre for Refugee Resilience program. This full time, temporary role focuses on providing support and ongoing case management for individuals after a mental health crisis. As part of the BENCH project, you'll coordinate services and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering recovery among immigrants in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual and family intake assessments
• Coordinate mental health support services for clients
• Develop safety plans and strategic interventions
• Maintain cross-cultural case management
• Build community capacity for crisis responses
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience with culturally diverse individuals
• Proven support delivery in mental health settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
