In this position, reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, you will handle operational support and project setup assistance for various job sites and networks. You'll provide both remote and in-person technical help, work on equipment deployment, and engage with other teams. This opportunity requires multitasking and solid organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support to key offices and job sites
• Setup and deploy IT equipment as needed
• Create diagrams for cabling and workstation layouts




• Manage job site setups from start to finish
• Support project requirements throughout the lifecycle

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Information Services or equivalent experience
• Experience with HP, Cisco, and Apple technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
